Hi!

I'm buying a new guitar amp and I'm kinda lost...

I'm searching for a good amp (tone and build quality wise) that I can play in my room as well as in a small gig (this is very important).

I play mostly metal. Some cleans also, but I don't care if in order to have a great metal amp I have to sacrifice the cleans.

The Blackheart Little Giant half-stack seems like a good choice if combined with a pedal...

As you can see in my sig, I already have a Roland Cube 30X so obviously I want an improvement.

No price limit, no tube/solid-state preference, just great tone required

Thanks in advance []

well, im sure you do have a price limit, if you didnt, you could buy multiple amps. give some kind of a budget please.

It was like a orgasm in my ear.
Chea_man is the best.

Randall RG30 combo, Laney VC30 combo. Mic it up at gigs and you're sorted
ohai little sig.

Krank rev jr should work for you. It might not have enough headroom for those preamp distortion only metal tones at gigging volumes, but it will get the job done.
I don't give a shit if you listen to me or not

Marshall DSL401, if you use OD-2 mode, is great for metal. It could do small gigs too. Also, the RG30 as suggested by Demonikk is a good option.

I can't find the Randall RG30 in Randall web-site.

The Laney... it would definitely need a pedal, but I guess I'm fine with that.

Gonna investigate those further more... thanks
