so i've decided to pursue employment playing a one man show at bars/restaraunts and any place that may hire me. My set up is an acoustic guitar, a powered mixer, boss d-1 tuner, 2 yamaha 15" speakers, (i'll prolly get a chorus pedal too), shure sm 58 microphone.

I have a list of songs that I already know how to play that I will share here, but i need about 25 more songs that are easy listening songs that would be popular in this particular atmosphere. Any ideas would be appreciated!

Desire - U2
Interstate Love Song, Plush - STP
Crazy Little Thing Called Love - Queen
Free Fallin - Tom Petty
Mary Janes Last Dance - Tom Petty
Wonderwall - Oasis
Hotel California - The Eagles
Peaceful Easy Feeling - The Eagles
Side - Travis
Say It Ain't So - Weezer
Time of your Life - Greenday
Yellow - Coldplay
Going to California - Zeppelin
WYWH - Floyd
shimmer - Fuel
Daniel - Elton John
Screaming Infidelities - Dashboard Confessional
Hands Down - D.C.

a few others I can't remember since im at work. But I think you get the idea of what i'm going for. Popular and Not so popular that sounds good on an acoustic.

If you cut down on these costs students won't learn so well, effecting the "quality"...
I like that your technique ends with profit. I may infact do this...maybe i'll dust off wedding crashers and rewatch it to see how to be more effective.
