The other day I got sick of my recording mic and decided to put it on ebay. Before I put it up, I checked the completed listings of the same item. It's a Shure SM57 Unidyne III Mic. Completed listings were ending at around $50-$100. So listed it at 49.99 with a BIN of $70.

Today the auction ended at $210! I was in shock. Is there something different about my mic that I just sold that separates it from the others that I don't know about?

Well its the 'antique' version of the SM57 in a way.

It has a nice sound, with a smoother high end.
