Have to redo my guitar body, that is for another thread, but this thread pertains to the issue at hand, I have a 24 fret neck and I need to create a body for it, that has the proper pick up spots, the total length is a 26" scale if i am correct, where should the pick ups be?

Simply put, it doesn't matter.

One close up to the fretboard, and one at least an inch (2.5cm) away from the bridge is where most people stick them. personally, if its only a two pickup guitar I'd stick it an inch and a half or so away from the bridge.

harmonic placement doesnt matter because the actual harmonic part changes everytime you press down the string.

i don't put them far from the bridge at all. but i like the light punchy tones. not too far from the neck either
