Well a couple weeks ago I went to cedar point, and my bro was listening to his ipod as we were going up the chains on a coaster, but then they had to stop it because he had the ear buds in and they made him take them out. But how sweet would that be to listen to music on a coaster. only problem is there would probably be really sucky songs like the ones they had in the lines.

not a bad idea tbh. They should have different rides for every genre!
#4
Well, you could put speakers everywhere, but:
1) you're going fast, so you'll probably experience the doppler effect and the music will sound out of tune
2) everyone around you is screaming and throwing up
3) the roller coaster is loud enough on its own

You could build a roller coaster with obstacles synchronised to a song playing in the background...but then there would only be one song and it would get boring.

You could make an indoor one that passes huge screens with graphics that change with the music, kind of like those swirly colours in Windows Media Player, but cooler and unrelated to Bill Gates.

The Rock N Roller Coaster in Disney blasts Aerosmith at you while you ride it. So they are kinda half way there, but it would be cool to choose your own tunes to listen to as your riding.

Go to disneyland Paris, the Rockin' rollercoaster or whatever it's called has Aerosmith playing, which is so awesome. We got dude looks like a lady the second time we went on it and sang it all the way around.

I don't think the Doppler effect has to do with music sounding out of tune.

Anyways, that would be awesome

First time I went there my best mate and I went on the Rockin' Rollercoaster something like seven times in a row. They play Dude Looks Like a Lady, Walk this Way and I can't remember the other one. I was kinda dissapointed they didn't play Young Lust, Shut up n Dance or Eat the Rich but I guess they only have the licenses for three songs. :/
