I'm sure this should be in electric talk or something, but my friend just strung my high E string and I don't know what happened because it's really buzzy and silent starting about the 7th fret and when I bend it, it produces no sound,

It's not my pick up, because I'm playing unplugged...

Replace the BBQ sauce with balls. All will be well after that.

I'm trying to find that avatar (for AIM), and Kensai had it, but not anymore so I can't find it!

Fret buzz. Raise the action or adjust the truss rod.

RAISE YOUR ACTION! My God, dont tell him to adjust his truss rod. He doesn't even know what fret buzz is let alone have the smarts to adjust a truss rod...

I have no idea but this reply was incredibly funny...

Maybe the action is now too low?

Okay, you've got a Les Paul, so this should be easy. You have two parts to your bridge, raise those to raise your action. I had that same problem with my BCRich, I put the action way down low when I switched out my pickups.
Hey look, a stoner/doom album.

This is personally a shining example, and no offense to anyone.. but if you have not been shown how to set a guitar up by someone who knows 110% or you don't really know what you are doing, leave it alone...
