When you have completed one entire sweep, and you go to repeat it, do you down pick or up pick the lowest note? I learned to down pick it, and I don't think there is anything wrong with either technique, I just wanted to see what the rest of you think. Do you believe there to be an advantage to one or the other, or is it just the way you learned it?

I am not asking how to sweep, I already know how. I just want to know what YOU do.

depends which way youre sweeping and on what beat youd be picking on.

im not that great at sweeps yet, they turn mostly into 3 note rakes really. but im learning =/
