316 is really hard to hear. Had to blast my speakers just to be able to hear it.. Sound nice though.. real shimmery..

I'd give a 7 just because I couldn't really hear too much...

I threw up a quick riff track that I used to dial in the EQ's of the project that I've been working on.

It's on my profile.. let me know what you think.

Not too shabby there. I give it an 8. Mainly because there's a lot of fizz going on there. Perhaps back down the presence a little to thicken it up some.

Mines in my profile. The song "Iron - Ensiferum cover" has the tones that my amp is always set to.

I used my LTD M-255, 5150 combo, and SD-1 to boost the lead. And yes, that is the clean channel of the amp you are hearing. Boo to those that say you can't get a nice clean out of a 5150.
AMP:
5150 combo
GSP1101 + Tech 21 PE60

GUITARS:
ESP LTD M-255 w/ SD Full Shred
Kramer Vanguard w/ JE-1000 active preamp
Douglas WF-150sn w/ GFS "Hot Lead" set

EFFECTS:
Bos SD-1 (boost)
AMT DT-2

Very Nice bro.. I'm especially impressed with the sound of the AMT DT-2 examples. Really nice tone.

hellmonkey, thanks!

Reildeal, thanks! Glad you liked it. The AMT demo was recorded direct to soundcard.

Akack, this one gets an 8. It's nice and thick, but you should add just a little more highs and cut just a little lows to make it sit a little better in the mix. As it is, it's just a tad too dark.
