well im thinking of getting another guitar to add to my collection (my collection consists of an jackson ke3 and a tanglewood strat)

i play mainly shred, metal, rock, so i thought as i already have a double locking trem (licensed floyd rose) so i chose a rg with a fixed bridge (avoiding the edge III problem)

i was thinking of the ibanez RG420EX

the rg80112sc is better.
completely different categorie

Fuck off. Grow up. This isn't the Pit.

TS, if you're not after a floating bridge, then you can't go wrong with any of the fixed RGs. The pickups are a little weak, but nothing that good EQing/a pickup swap can't change.

Deffinately another catagory... non-existant.

Electric - you plug it into a power outlet in the wall and the music comes from little speakers in the guitar.

I'll spare you the pain and tell you he's looking for a fixed bridge guitar.

But yeah, i'd say the MTM2, or the RGT42FX
