So, I have a golden schaller floyd lying around, a Dimarzio Evo nekc and am planning to get a Caparison PH-R for the bridge and some single coil for the middle.

The guitar I want to make right now (after several other projects :p) is all that I have found it kinda mixed together.

A strat,
maple fretboard,
mahogany natural body,
green H-S-H,
Clear pickguard
green strat volume knob,
green knob on a 3 way blade-switch,
golden tuners, golden schaller,
golden jack input thingy,
green tacky sawtooth inlays
(I'm gonna order a blank on warmoth and get me some of those inlay stickers, they actually do work very well).

Inlays will look something like those on this:

Win or just plain ugly?

I know what I think :p . Sadly it's not gonna happen before christmas - new years eve - around there.

Will probably do a little test in photoshop one of these days.

Why don't you use Kisekae to mock up what it's actually going to look like?

Just drop the pick-guard and go for a rear-routed body. Also, perhaps some gold knobs, strap buttons, and pick-up bezels to match the floyd?

I'm honestly not completely sure how it would turn out. On paper it sounds pretty tight. But I think there's a reasonable chance the green/gold might turn out looking a little tacky.

^ Tackiness is in the eye of the beholder.
