I have an SG Special that was made in Nashville in '04. Its Ebony with platinum hardware and they only made them for about a year so its pretty rare. Anyways I got this scratch on the pickguard, and since its metal (not sure what type) i have no idea what to do to get it out. Any suggestions?

That's what the pickguard is for to protect the body from scratches. But if you are really fussed about it use Scratch removal that they use for like Toasters and stuff with aluminum or whatever Metal it is.
