The volume knob, tone knob, and selector switch cap all fell off on my standard tele. Is superglue a viable option? Or would that make it impossible to remove in the future? How do you guys think I should re-attach them?

The knobs are easy they are usually split shaft spread the ends a little and the knobs will stay on. Selector knob may need a little glue but super glue may keep it form coming off ever again.

the knobs have a little screw in it that holds it to the shaft so dont be putting anything on it

There is, and never was a screw. Its just a shaft, and I have no idea how they were attached before...
