fat is the really soft textured bit. the flesh is the harder more firm bit. and the fat is lighter in colour than the flesh.

I love a good steak. I also love bacon and sausage. Chicken is great too, but is rather too plain and common for me to consider it special.

I really want to make a duck stir fry though...

I like beef, because I love steak. Chicken and pork are good too. I make a good marinaded steak on the grill.

Same, when it's really hot, it's wonderful, but when it's cooling down it tastes awful. Hot prok fat is the best - the kind you get on bacon and on the edge of a pork chop.
