what would they be? I currently play guitar (electric and acoustic) and piano/keyboard. I would like to also play mandolin, acoustic bass guitar and ocarina in that order.

edit: and when I said piano/keyboard I really lied because I don't know any chords or how to read the bass clef well. But I'm about to learn it, I'm just going to make myself get better at guitar first.

Is that a ukulele in your pants, or did you just rip ass to the tune of "Aloha Oi"?

I met Sonic Youth on June 30th, and Mars Volta on Oct 20th.

What's the big deal with Gibsons, anyway?
I've heard loads of Gibsons being played before
and they don't sound any more special than
any other guitar.

id like to master electric guitar, learn mandolin, banjo, classical guitar, piano/keyboard, drums, and acoustic guitar. a lot i know but...
My pedalboard is worth more than my car, but that doesn't say much for either.
#23
Harmonica, saxophone and guitar. Johnny Thunders/Bob Dylan kind of music.
sometimes I see us in a cymbal splash or in the sound of a car crash
#25
I mostly play guitar, and sing.

I wish I could play piano (I only play a bit), cello, and violin
#26
I'd rather stick with guitar and cello, and just be ten times better than I am, but...

I'd probably want to be able to play violin, theremin, drums, and the Michael Winslow.

I play guitar and bass. I intend to take up keys/piano. And I'd like to know drums, but that may never happen. I might like saxophone some day.

I'd also like a personal string quartet and brass section, but I can't do that myself.
I play by my own rules. And I have one rule; There are no rules... but if there are, they're there to be broken. Even this one.

Confused? Good.

1. violin (greatest instrument in the world)
2. guitar
3. harmonica (not alot of uses though but sounds great in some zeppelin songs)
4. mandolin
5. 6 string base (wait isn't that just a deeper guitar really?)
#33
i play guitar, bass, and piano.
i want to be able to play drums(well, cuz i can now, just not anything somewhat hard), cello, harp, trumpet, harmonica, saxophone, mandolin, sitar, banjo
basically, i want to know every single instrument. My goal if i ever become big in the music scene, is that my band, or if I do solo stuff, never has to hire anyone else to do instruments that we as a band can't play. I want to be able record everything ourselves

God I hate people like that. Bass, unless you're going to be a poser and just pick root notes, is a whole different instrument no matter the number of strings it has. It has it's own techniques and it's a completely different mindset. It's like if I would say isn't ukulele just a guitar except smaller? Just stupid.

Anyways, I'd also like to play piano, drums, trombone, shamisen, pipa and guzheng (not enough love for asian string instruments).

I would want to master guitar (electric, acoustic, classical), be proficient at bass (electric, mostly), piano/keyboards, cello, violin, drums, and then be skilled at creating electronic music, and the like.

People think it's "easy" to write electronic music, but, I can tell ya, it's not. Not by a long shot.
