When ever i come down from a full bend the strings that i pushed out of the way ring, mainly the G-string. Is there anyway to fix this?

Yea, I would suggest thicker strings, you may be bending to high, or if that doesn't fix it, coming doiwn from bends slower will do it.

mute strings with the side of your picking hand and the fingers you're not using on your fretting hand.

yeah i can use my thumb and the curve of it on the side curves over the E-string so it mutes all but that one. Thanks.

EDIT: only when I'm sitting down....

You have to slide it back with your fingers.
