Try different things, but I would start like this:

Before Amp:
BOSS TU 2 TUNER
MORLEY BAD HORSIE 2 WAH
MAXON OD 808 TUBE SCREAMER
BOSS CS3 COMPRESSOR SUSTAINER - try before and after OD I like before (most like after)
ISP DECIMATOR? Not really sure, don't use

FX Loop:
EHX HOLY GRAIL REVERB
EHX SMALL CLONE CHORUS
BOSS DD3 DELAY

I'm sure you are right.

^I think a noisegate is supposed to be better in the effects loop.

Also try the compressor in the effects loop and see if you like that. I really played with my ordering and found I preferred it there.

If I were using those pedals they would be in this order:

tuner->compressor->wah->overdrive->amp input (before pre-amp)

chorus->delay->reverb->noisegate->effects loop
#9
here's the order i'd put them in:

In front of amp:

BOSS TU 2 TUNER
MORLEY BAD HORSIE 2 WAH
BOSS CS3 COMPRESSOR SUSTAINER
MAXON OD 808 TUBE SCREAMER

And in the FX loop:

ISP DECIMATOR
EHX SMALL CLONE CHORUS
EHX HOLY GRAIL REVERB
BOSS DD3 DELAY
I like analogue Solid State amps that make no effort to be "tube-like", and I'm proud of it...

...A little too proud, to be honest.

this except put the compressor right after the decimator

07 Fender American Deluxe Strat
07 Fender Custom Telecaster
09 Seymour Duncan Pickup Booster
09 Fulltone OCD V.4
10 Ibanez WH-10 V.2
09 Splawn SuperStock
10 Jet City JCA-20
97 Fender Hot Rod Deluxe

Yeh the SICK! bit sounds a bit stupid.

The isp can be placed in front of the amp of in the fx loop. Either one it should be the second to last one in the chain the compressor being last. The reverb chorus delay usually sound better in fx loop, the order of those imo hasnt made a difference. The tuner should go first because once you start to change your signal the tuner doesnt recognize the pitch the same. The wah can go either before or after distortion, its up to you the rest should be ok in any order
