This is an improvment (I like to think) on a song that I've alreayd done and is already up on my profile. This one is called Eulogy II, and I took the bridge from another one of my songs and put it in this one. I've also modified the original itself a bit.

Give it a listen, tell me what you think. Eulogy II.

Comment + rate the song, thanks.

Very nice accoustic sound! I liked the song alot. It's has a very nice chord progression and and good picking style. But it's missing a little something to keep you intrigued. My suggestion would be to add some really nice strings and maybe some cymbyls in the background. Or even vocals would work really nice.

Overall it has great potential.

Good job.

Thanks a lot man I agree, I'll try some synths kind of sounds on it when I have the time.

Sure I'll be happy too, I won't right now as I've got stuff to do but I will soon

hey wiggy. glad to hear you're a man again. very nice acoustic tone. what did you use? the solo bits sound a bit to random. this reminds me of A Perfect Circle (for instance, the song "a stranger") very enjoyable, but the writing could use some work. more melodies, and perhaps some atmospheric on note piano.

crit mine? https://www.ultimate-guitar.com/forum/showthread.php?p=15078124#post15078124
Too cool for a signature.

It's just a relatively cheap Westfield, it's gorgeous though. Thanks for the crit, I really wanna do something like that, some synths and maybe a piano part like you suggested.

Yeah man I'll give yours some crit

well, continue in that vain. it sounds very good, much better than any of the other songs on your profile

heartbeats: i like that guitar alot. the vocals could be much smoother with more power. before you start a line, make sure you breathe all the way in, then sing clear with all of your voice.

Very smooth playing.
And I do like the classical feel.

The recording quality is excellent, and I do agree with Wadester about the empty space. Maybe some backing tracks of some sort.?

Peaceful...

I can see some kind of climax, but maybe make it more noticable?

I do like this song. Your reputation proceeds you, my friend.

Sounds good. What do you use to record? If you dont mind me asking.

You are EXTREMELY WRONG! I have played it. I own an 18W and it would be an awful stereo amp, it's way too bright, breaks up too easily and so on. Secondly, why would a guitar store sell an hifi amp.

You're playing is very good, and the progression is nice. I agree with the other guys, some piano or synth would sound great with it. It's still very nice as is, but another instrument or two, to add some layers, would make it great.

"Meadows" is the instrumental.
