I dont think it should. Think about it. The nut height and the height of your tuneomatic is the same, but that just an opinion.

No it doesn't change the height of your action, because while the strings may be going of the bridge higher, they leave the saddles at the same height.

k thanx for the help heres another question would really light strings like ernie ball super slinkies (.09, .11, .16, .24, .32, .42) scratch up the bridge even a little?

Yeah even light strings are enough to put marks into a bridge. It won't happen on a guitar with really high quality parts like a Gibson, but on an Epiphone it's somewhat inevitable.

It'll make marks, but I doubt you could see them easily, cause the strings would be covering the marks anyways.
