Whenever I plug in my AW-3 it turns on by itself. It is perfectly fine, that's just the problem. It's kind of an inconvenience. Anyone know whats wrong?

my boss DS-2 also does it, as well as my danelectro DE-1.
Rig Winter 2017:

Fender Jazzmaster/Yamaha SG1000
Boss TU-3, DS-2, CS-3, EHX small stone, Danelectro delay
Laney VC30-112 with G12H30 speaker, or Session Rockette 30 for smaller gigs
Elixir Nanoweb 11-49 strings, Dunlop Jazz III XL picks
Shure SM57 mic in front of the amp

My DS-1 does that, it says in the manual: as soon as a a cord it plugged into it, the pedal switches on. It's supposed to do that.

Some pedals do this when you plug a cable into them some dont. Not a design flaw when you plug into the input it turns the power on anyways.
