Look at your woman, she knows she's the one to blame.
Look at your woman, she knows she's the one to blame.
She acts like she's Jesus, and she's shocked when you don't act the same

You can write her love letters, you can pray she returns your calls,
You can write her love letters, you can pray she returns your calls,
You the one who's built her up, she's the one who will make you fall.

Now it's too late to step back, you have never known any times like these,
Now it's too late to step back, you have never known any times like these,
She's the one who brought you forward, she'll be the one to bring you to your knees.

Any criticism is appreciated.

Not bad, not bad. But I think you should name it "Two Sided Coin" instead. Flows better and is easier to say.

Hmm,
Perhaps maybe this could be blues?

and she's shocked when you don't act the same

maybe this?

and she's shocked when you do act the same

I`m not so good with blues lyrics, also because I`m not really fond of them so, but this isn`t so bad if you ask me.

Actually, I wasn't thinking blues at all when I wrote this. But I totally see where you're coming from.

I can't say much more than it develops the theme very nicely, and is very succinct and to-the-point. It's good, I like how you contrasted "back" with "forward" in the third stanza.
