ok i have cubase le 4 and i was trying to do a fade out on some of my guitar parts and i keep getting an error message. it says that the file has been corrupted and that i have to save it under a different name. any clues as to how to solve this problem so i can continue doing my stuff without the error message?

Well, have you tried saving it under a different name? Although I doubt that will do anything.

That sounds weird. Can you think of anything that could have caused this corruption?

either re import the original sound file or re record it.

if its corrupted there isnt a lot you can do.

i dont have a clue but it is frustrating. i have thought about just doing an automation that would be fading out but i'm not sure how to do those
