What are the advantages of having two cabs in a stack?

It will be louder in a way. It isn't more volume, just more sound.

More air is moved, and it is less unidirectional.

And, two cabs just looks cool man.

Lol, I agree.

So even if an amp can only push 100w,
If its going through lets say 4 100w cabs, it will still be 100w of power, but it will sounds louder?

I heard that doubling the speaker area gives an extra 3 db of sound so adding another cab would do that

It wouldn't push 400w

But yes, it would be more than loud haha.

So much more air is moving, therefore increasing the perceived volume.

Only a few Db increase, but it sounds a louder.
