So i bought this pedal. Maybe a month and a half ago... Any all was good for about 4 weeks but then it stopped working and i take it in to get it replaced.

A week later it ****s up yet again. I take it in again and they say they will fix it. I get it and try it out and then... Nothing happens. Before i got it fixed it would work if i jiggle the battery. Now nothing works.

I am feeling very pissed of about this. Do you think they will give me a refund? I don't want them to fix it. This will be the third ****ing time i have had to bring it in.

What should i do?

Thanks

Probably not since you already brought it in to be fixed twice, that probably ****s up the warranty. Which you should check that.

SO if Janne and Alexi did a gay porn, would I be the only one willing to buy it?

That's a dumb question, you know everyone in here would buy it too. I know I would!

Probably no refund, you might try and get an other pedal that costs about as much.
And what is more, there's been a bloody purple nose and some bloody purple clothes that were messing up the lobby floor. It's just apartment house rules so all you 'partment fools remember : one man's ceiling is another man's floor.

No, if you get something fixed at the same place you bought it and it came with a warranty then you're still covered.

Its sounds like you got a pretty good case to me, just take it in with the warranty and the receipt and ask for a refund cos you're fed up with it breaking

If it's anything like the UK then you can make a claim that it's not fit for purpose and should last longer than a month. It's obviously inherantly broken so take it back for a direct replacement or a full refund. Should work

They should, by law, replace faulty purchases or at least give you a store credit. Take it back and say you want a new replacement or a store credit.
