So.. Tuesday next week I'm going to Berlin! Is there anything the pit wants to adivise me of doing in Berlin?

And... The drinking age for beer/wine/alcoholic beverages under like 20% right?
Im 16, so its legal for me to drink it... But is it also legal for me to purchase it?

Thank you

16 for beers and stuff and you can easily get served for wines and spirits anyway.

Wrongeth.

Berlin is awesome; who you going with?

Also, ask and see if any bars say 'dunkens'. For reference, check out my profile picture

It should be said 'doo-kans' but in a Germany way. I couldn't say the rest of it, but they gave me it when I asked for that.

EDIT: Yes, it's legal to buy it.

When I went Berlin for a stag do the lad's brother came who was 17 and nowhere would let him in. We checked it out and you have to be 18 to enter any bar in Berlin... fact.

Don't know if this true of all Germany but it is for Berlin.

So you are 'wrongeth'

I have been there myself and got served in pubs. It's easy enough.

go up to the first german person you see and say "Ich bin einen Schwuchtel"

Don't do this
I hope it doesn't seem, like I'm young, foolish, and green.
Let me in for a minute, you're not my life but I want you in it

It means i am gay...
and but its "eine" not "einen"

go and see the Hitler wax figure without a head

and you can go in like 90% of bars

only some bars sell beer only at 18 years old or older

that's rediculous, of course they let you in bars if you're over 16. you just have to leave by midnight.

And TS, you can buy/drink/swim in beer, wine and low-percentage licquers.

if you have any questions about germany, PM me or TheQuailman

I live in Germany and all I can say is, you can purchase beer and drink it at home with 16 but you're not allowed to drink it in public if you're under 18...they're not going to let you in a bar/club or serve you beer at a restaurant...the harder stuff, you have to be 18

all of this could vary a little from state to state, but this is what it's like in Bavaria

Berlin is badass, but cold in winter.

Bars won't let you in if you're under 18. Clubs if you feel like you wanna don't open til gone midnight.

You can buy it from supermakets though.

Would advise you against wearing anything nazi like.
