build an enclosure, unscrew the chassis, unhook the speaker, then bolt the chassis in the new encloser.

Dont forget to add an output for the head. Thats the slightly harder part. Im pretty sure you just wire a jack to the cable that the speaker was connected to, and do the same for the speaker. BUT, i would wait for someone who knows exactly what to do. You don't want to blow up your amp or yourself.

Also, out of curiosity, what amp are you doing this to?

GeoFex has Dimensions for the AC30 head (and enclosures, cabs etc.) I believe.
Might be a good starting point as far as dimensions go.

it was just something i was wondering.. might try it with a peavey 5150 combo, since a 120 watts would be way too loud for me. i might as well just keep it as a combo though
