Alright I have a B.C. Rich SOB right now and I'm looking to upgrade. I want something atleast semi-original, I can't stand how 90% of sold guitars are the same with different colors and etc. (Although I'm sure they're different when they make their sounds but still) I don't wanna look like everyone else. Just like I don't want to sound like everyone else.

So if you know an SOB you know it has no tremelo, and only 1 double pick up. I'm looking for something that has more pick ups, a tremelo bar, and a good shape, preferably sharp. (Oh and did I mention under a million dollars? Under 600 or even better under 500 would be better.)

All I could really find were V's...

http://www.guitarcenter.com/B-C--Rich-NJ-Deluxe-Jr--V-Electric-Guitar-516096-i1400667.gc

But even with that, I don't see much a difference aside from the price tag, lining, and headstocks. And there are no reviews so I can't really find out which sounds better or anything.

Finding the guitar thats right for you sure is hard... lol. Then again, if there was a guitar center within my distance I would just go and test these babies out but I can't so... yay for online shopping.

So anyway, if you can give any advice as far as guitars I might be interested in or what to do out of those V's... then thanks.

I wouldn't mind getting a guitar that doesn't have a tremelo if I can install one on it, but be warned, I have bad luck with things, if I take it apart it might not work right when i put it back together. And if you suggest that, links to good sites to buy the tremelo's please, and sharp guitars.

Those last two BC rich'es are good. They both have an original Floyd Rose so it's the best way you can go. EMG active pickups are great for metal ( some people dont like the sound of them ) but they wont be very versatile but i guess you dont need much versatility.
But for the price you might wanna look at :
http://www.guitarcenter.com/Schecter-Hellraiser-V-1-Electric-Guitar-515918-i1395987.gc
but it doesnt have a trem

Also you can get a Jackson RR3, they are great for the price but they have a LFR instead of an OFR. Also take a look at some Kelly's and Warrior's ( again from Jackson )

You could buy an Fender Strat and glue a Samurai sword to the headstock, not only is it sharp but you would also stand out.

And it is my view that just about everyone wants to stand out with their instruments, and if you make your playing stand out it won't matter what guitar you have.

Actually contains a sword in it.
Doesn't get any sharper than that.

Uhhh... Nobody's mentioned the Ibanez Xiphos!

It's quite Br00talz, and not to mention, with the chameleon finish, and the extreme shape, you will definitely stand out.

And it's a thru neck with a Floyd Rose, so it's a bargain.

Edge III, mate. I've HEARD that it's bad. I can't say anything else though. Apart from that, it's a nice guitar imo.

I've tried it many times. I had no tuning problems at all, and the guitar wasn't even set up. I think they are nice. The only flaw I saw was that the neck tends to be a bit sticky on my hands. Everything else is top notch.

Well yes it may be good. I don't know anything about trems really. But i've also heard that the Edge III is made from very cheap metals , so it doesn't last for a long time. Damn, i think i've heard too much about it . So don't rely on me about it.

Ahh Ibanez...

Iceman is always a great choice, but it's a little over your budget.

lol.. some of you have funny replies XP. A lot of guitars look nice. Now I don't know. Hmm... they should build a guitar center where I live... and let me live in it...

Humm.. well it'll still be a while. Hopefully more people post so I can see even more options.

Options = good.
