Hey guys,

basically i need some awesome acoustic songs to add to a set im doin at a gig in a few weeks, nd iv run out ov ideas.

the sorts ov stuff im doin already:

hey there delilah - plain white Ts
norweigan wood - beatles
good riddance - greenday
scientist - coldplay

a real mix but i need a few more songs. any ideas? preferably relatively mainstream.
Hey i got some suggestions for you.
Looks like you want some British stuff

Oasis songs like Cast No Shadow, Half the World Away and Talk Tonight maybe

You could try some Verve stuff from Urban Hymns like Sonnet or Drugs Don't Work

Maybe try some Kooks if you are going modern as well with Plain White T's

Hope this was helpful.
Little Wing by Jimi Hendrix. Sounds nice if you just play the chords.

They go:
Em, G, Am, Em
Bm, Am, C, G, F
C, D
All your base are belong to us.
All your base are belong to us.
All your base are belong to us.
All your base are belong to us.
Layla - Eric Clapton
Demons - Guster
Times Like These (Acoustic) - Foo Fighters
Chasing Cars - Snow Patrol

There's some variety for ya, hope that helps. They're all pretty easy songs too so if you don't know them it shouldn't take long to learn/perfect them.
