Ive noticed that my fretboard is getting quite dirty. Other threads recommend that I use lemon oil to clean the fretboard (it's rosewood btw). Is lemon oil the same thing as lemon juice? Like ordinary lemon juice in your fridge? Or is lemon oil a separate thing to buy especially for cleaning fretboards?

Any help is appreciated

i would not recomend you put lemon juice on your fretboard, and no its not special fretboard cleaner either which can be over priced sometimes selling like 4 bucks for a small spray bottle. Lemon oil can be bought at any walmart, HEB, win-dixey or wherever you go. Its normally used for polishing furniture like nice tables. Its cheap and effective the makings of something awesome
