There is no such thing as "better". Only "better for you". That's a question that only you can answer.

Dreadnought and Folk acoustic guitars are two different shapes of acoustic guitars. The dreadnought is generally warm, bassy, and full bodied in sound while the folk is... folky. ahahaha.

folks have more treble resonance and dreadnoughts are bassy and middy (and sometimes quite flat)
