so ive started going jogging for about 30 minutes every morning before breakfast, and i was just wondering if i should avoid eating or drinking something (like orange juice) when i get back from jogging because of the effects of the acid on my stomach?

what is the kindest thing (for the stomach) to eat or drink so that i dont get pain there, etc?

Well, apparnetly, I heard (on the one show, I believe) that after exercise, the next hour is the best time to eat fatty foods, as the fat just goes straight into the muscles you've just been exercising, so you just put more muscle on
