So,witch way (C.W or C.C.W) shouls I turn the truss roder on my guitar to make my action lower?

You don't adjust the truss rod to lower action. Lower the saddles on your bridge, or the bridge itself if you have a TOM or Floyd Rose.

I can't make the bridge lower..so now in order to lower my action a little bit more I have to adjust the truss roder...but I do't know wich way

you don't. truss rod adjustment is for straightening the neck to counteract the string tension. if it aint bowed, dont adjust the truss rod.
I've been imitated so well I've heard people copy my mistakes.
