They may not appear "Technically difficult" in the sense they aren't a billion notes a second, but playing slow convincingly is often harder than playing fast...

You need to know your fretboard inside out, and you'll need to be able to play as clean as humanly possible. Not "technically difficult" and not difficult are very different.
