In malta there is such a thing called data protection act, It gaurantees someones personal data to remain private and if ANYONE tries to look at them without permission you can sue

It really pisses me off that a judge with no understanding of how the internet works can give permission to a company to access very personal and private information about me and my internet activities just because they asked for it.
