Yesterday, i found out that Ozzfest was hitting dallas this year and so i figured this could be a once in a lifetime chance, and i'm not sure if my parents will let me go.

Can anyone help me in convincing them.

What's your age, status of your schoolwork, your hold over your parents ...?

No solution for all situations.
#3
why not just ask your parents whether or not you could go. if they dont let you go, then you should start thinking of convincing ideas.
I see no sign of fortress.

Tell them to **** off!!!!
No, but sereiously, I tried to get my parents to let my bro go with me to BLs in Albany, they wouldn't budge on it. Like we are just going to get drunk high and sleep with hookers or something.

I wouldn't really call a mediocre annual tour a once in a lifetime chance...
#7
Ozzfest is hardly once in a lifetime. Go next year when it's actually touring again.

Seeing Ozzy Osbourne probably is a once in a lifetime chance. I hate to say it, but I don't think he has a whole lot of time ahead of him.

Tell them that if they don't let you go you'll sell your soul to Ozzy and piss on the Alamo.

So your parents are going to finance and condone a trip involving a few 13 year olds, who obviously aren't independent enough to take care of themselves as it is, to a music festival full of booze and drugs, not to mention moshing (it hurts when you're small), where they can't supervise you?

Sounds like a winner to me.

Don't try. You could take a parent with you if they are cool. But that could be a bit embarrassing.

Just ask it, if you're lucky they'll say yes. But since you are 13 years old, no is probally a no.

Good Luck. You'll be rammed in the mosh pit harder than a choir boy in church.
