I got a really annoyin problem when i play guitar.

I can play sum really goos stuff, but i don't have the endurance to play the whole thing live. My left hand is givin me a hell lotta trouble (da part between my index finger nd thum start 2 hurt like hell when i play like 2 1/2 minutes of intense power-chords.

Is this normal for a guitarist who's been playin for like 1 year? If not, how i can stop dis from happening?

yeah you just need practice harder to get your hands stronger!
you should try practicing standing up with ur strap at the live length too

When you practice, play with the same intensity you would live.

And Guitar and Bass Basics next time

I think he's practicing them wrong. Power chords should be second nature for someone playing for a year.

I know people learn at different speeds but no one should disagree when I say that power chords should not hurt your hands after 2 minutes unless you are playing them wrong.

Something I did was wrap rubber bands around my hand and try to spread my fingers. Works well.

I'll try it out. Thanks for the tip
