I assume it works with the Vox ADVT30 amp right? I just plug it into that jack in the back and it should work?

The reason i'm asking is because I thought I heard somebody say that ADVT30 isn't a good amp for pedals? And This is my first pedal.

no; plug it in like you would your guitar. you need an another guitar cable, connect the one from your guitar into the IN jack and another cord from the OUT to the amp input.

ok, now I get it. So all I need to do is get an extra cable and The Pedal? the Pedal includes everything except the other cable?

Yeah, you have to buy another patch cable, that's all.
I have the same amp as you, it's great with pedals.
