while im playing guitar, i usually get medium-high radio interference even where there are no radios on in my house. what causes that and how can i prevent it?

You have a crappy amp and an unshielded guitar. You could try shielding your guitar, but there's nothing you can do about the amp except replace it.

It could have something to do with your houses wiring too, i believe.
