Don't use a mobile, text...

Don't watch TV after 9:30PM or 10:00PM

Read books

Try to relax, avoid any stress

Trust me, being on the computer DOES NOT HELP. It's the worst thing you could do.

I like to think I'm giving good advice, I get 8hrs-10hrs a sleep every night, touch wood.

Yeah probably doesnt help that I've had 2 rockstars tonight...but I've had insomnia since summer started and used to have it bad throughout most of my childhood, so this shiite better not be returning.

I have tried plenty of things to get me to sleep at night, but i still can't sleep until about 6 am - 7 am, i go to bed at 1 or 2 usually so yeah. not good.

But the best thing i've conjured up is to overdose on painkillers.

I believe going on the computer before beds really not the best thing. Screen ****s your eyes/mind, it's totally the wrong sort of thing to be doing before trying to switch off and get some sleep.

Stay away from sugar after 6pm.

Try and relax 1 hour before you want to go to bed. Don't watch tv or go on the computer.

Start reading until you fall asleep.

In all my years I've came across indica like 2 or 3 times. It's always pure sativa or a mix, where the sativa takes over anyway. Tomorrows probably gonna be no different but I havent smoked in 2 months so hopefully I'm gonna get really baked and then crash hard (probably the only time I've wished for that). Praise allah if that works, but if it doesnt I might just give up on sleeping. Ya know, live a quiet and peaceful life without it.

Indica is the stony body high (Higher CBD then THC) and sativa is the cerebral (Higher THC then CBD)

I tend to get insomnia when i worry that im not sleeping enough and try to think how can i get to sleep easier, it just turns into a vicious circle. Computers don't help, i never get tired when im on the computer for some reason.

Weed might help because it'll take your mind off sleeping hopefully allowing you to sleep.

Avoid caffeine, television, bright light and loud noise. Read a book or do an easy puzzle. Drink milk or water. Breath deeply and slowly. Take a short walk half an hour or so before you plan to go to bed.

Algebra works well too, just beware the side effects...

Of course you could just OD on painkillers...
