due to complete ignorance, i know little about wiring and electronics...

what is the difference between dual rectofiers and triple rectifiers?
how do they even work?
what makes them different from marshalls and such??

The rectumfriers are like habanero sauce. Kinda burns going down, but really burns coming out.

In all seriousness, they use rectifier tubes instead of a transistor based rectifier section. THis adds that tube sag that they are known for.

I have to leave work now, so hopefully someone else can explain to you what a rectifier does

The dual rectofier is 100 watts, and because of that it uses 2 rectofier tubes. The triple rectofier is 150 watts, and has to use 3 rectofier tubes.
