Messed up real big in the beginning, it's far from perfect ahah but whatever. It's a piece written in my favorite key, G minor, and wanted to see what you guys think of it, it's on my profile, called "A Tragic Thought".

Listening now.

Thats pretty nice.. for crits you could try to change the bass line abit more, it's pretty monotonic as it is now. =P I like the melody.
How long have you been composing?

Mind critting my "Back to 17th" piano composition:

Took me 2-3 days to write so don't be too harsh. Have only been composing for some months when I did it.

Thanks for the crit, this actually was my first all piano composition, whipped it out in about 6 hours XD ^-^ and as for your "back to 17th", a very turbulent piece, reminiscent of beethovens moonlight 3rd movement? at least the fast parts, reminded me of that ahaha. 5 stars!
Are you formally trained in piano?

Nope, only been playing since last year autumn... and only by ear which is how I compose aswell.

Thanks for the crit, I got pretty inspired by the 3rd movement yes.
Yours sound pretty inspired by his 1st mvt. of the Moonlight sonata. :P
