Im putn a bigsby B7 on my hagstrom viking deluxe , im woundering if while the strings are all removed will the neck warp at all?

Not if its only for a short amount of time, neck warpage due to lack of pressure on neck happens over a long time.

And in storage its best to leave the strings on but not at full tension you want to have some tension but not full...

This isn't a concern with most new porduction guitars, or won't be for a couple dozen years. Bigsby down with your bad self.

hey i'm thinking of installing a bigsby on my les paul. but just wondering, with the arm sticking out, can it fit into a standard gibson hardcase for a les paul? or can the arm be removed or something?

The arm can be rotated back over the tailpiece, should fit no problem.

You may also want to consider getting a roller bridge when installing the trem. Standard bridges can be a bit 'sticky' with a Bigsby.
