Today I managed to get a ride to Guitar Center! Finally.... I went there and tried a bunch of stuff out. I started playing on the Peavey ValveKing 212 that they had on display there. I got some really kickass tones out of it! I am seriously considering getting the smaller 112 version of it. I am going to order from MusiciansFriend most likely. What do you guys think?

Oh, and btw, I played an Egnator 4212 combo there. It was godly! Better than the dual rectifier I tried.

I've tried the Peavey Classic 30.... But they didn't really have that great of amp choices there. I was really satisfied with the tones I got out of the VK. I tried a few fender amps, but ultimately I found myself going back to the VK with every guitar I picked up. Except for the PRS McCarty II. I played that, and the VG stratocaster through the Egnater Tourmaster.

I just know that the VK is in my price range, and I know that I am satisfied with the tones it produces. I really want to get it!
