So I recorded this in an afternoon. I was a little bit frustrated at the time, and this is what I happened to play.

I wish I would've added more variation, but I'm surprised at how it turned out overall.

Anyway, tell me what you think.

Edit: For some reason, the recording is extremely quiet. You have to turn it up a lot to even hear it; but it gets louder as the song progresses. Not too loud, but loud enough.

Be sure to turn them back down once you're done, or else you'll kill your ears when you listen to something else like I did.

Very much liked that. Right in my ballpark. Massive instrumental fan myself.

Liked the sound of the guitar and the chord progression was cool, especially where it started descending after the initial progression.

Only things I'd say would be that speeding up of tempo didn't quite work for me. Seemed a little unecessary and I'm guessing you kinda only did it to add variety to what you thought was a bit of a dull song? I wouldn't worry about that. Repetition can be positive. And also, it needs...filling out. A melody line or a second guitar, even just playing the odd note here or there would really bring something to it.

I thought the sound of the song was incredible!! The guitar sounded great and the background sounds were a great touch. But I thought it was too repetitive. What I kept hearing was an incredible start to a completly different song. I heard drums come in about 1/3 of the way through, with some lighly distorted guitars that went on to some sort of chorus. Anyway, it's hard to explain, but thats what I kept hearing. If I had wrote that I would use it as a intro and an outro of a song instead of keeping it as a song of it's own.
The only negitive about the song was the overall level. It seemed very low IMO.

I really enjoyed it overall

Good Job.

Crit this if you get the time:

Dreaming his way to victory
all i heard when i turned my volume all the way to max was a repetitive, one tone noise. i liked your under the bridge cover though.
Hmm. While I think it could definitely have used more variation, I liked the vibe I got when I listened to it. The mood you set with it is really chill. I really think that if you added a few sections that differ from the main theme, you just might have something on your hands.
