Sticky lists them, but here are a Few

- If you snap a Set neck, your guitar is pretty muched ****ed
- Unless you have AANJ on your Bolt on, then the Set will usually have more comfortable high fret access
- Some people think the sustain on Set necks are better, though a Good Bolt on > Crappy Set neck.

I don't know, to me high fret access is more about cutaway then neck construction.
