I'm modding a guitar and i've got some questions about paint. I want to use Acrylic paint in spray cans to paint the guitar in white, just pure white. So my question is, do i have to put white primer before i put regular white? is there a difference between the two? or can i just start painting with the regular acrylic white after the sanding sealer?

It'd be better to spray on white primer first (after sealer), then the white paint will be very bright, pure white. White paint is bad about having other stuff show through, even with several coats.
