Im looking for some exercises to increase my speed and finger strength. I usually run through different scales but Im looking for new patterns

see, i don't know if they are really exercises, but i have a few riffs i always play. I use a standard triad pattern, and walk up and down with it, plus I always play wrong way by sublime, and superstar punani to warm up. For me at least, they work well.

I love to do this to warm up with. It's great for working speed in both hands and accuracy with both hands. All of them are sixteenth notes.

E|1--------------2--------|

Go up and down the fretboard with that and then try it in reverse.
