i'm using windows vista and want to look into switching to linux.
i'm still not committed enough to make a total change over so i was wondering if anyone know of where i get step by step instructions on how to partition my hard drive and run linux as well as vista?
thanks

It's not a parody. Claypool took a huge shit full of awesomeness all over the album, hence the name.

ubuntu linux has a build in tool in the installer, it'll help you divide ur drive up, and set up dual booting and everything

in fact, most modern distributions do it

also, checkout the ubuntuforums , they're dead helpful

edit: also, i just remembered, the newest version of ubuntu can install from inside windows, and you can remove it just like any other program.

Its not as quick as nice as a proper partition, but its great for getting ur feet wet

Good Luck!
