I'm customizing my Devlin by changing the stock p-ups for better ones (among other things) and I have one question

If you have a vintage tremolo then do you need to use f-spaced pickups or can regular spaced pickups be used?
There are several string spacing for the vintage 6 screw wammies. The import spacing is the same as a gibson TOM bridge. Only the really old vintage wammies had the real wide spacing the modern ones are not much wider than the gibson bridge. I have 3 strats all have different pickups that what came in em and none are f spaced.
