I just watched videos of tom morello explaining his sound with one of his more recent guitars, soul power. It's a us strat, but he somehow managed to install a killswitch in it! Does anyone know how he does it? you know, cause strats only have 1 volume knob.

He got rid of the second tone knob and installed it there.

EDIT: I was wrong, I must've been thinking of someone else. It looks like he just made a hole in the pickguard for it.
Did you know the odds of a Vault-Tec shelter failing are 1,763,497 to 1?

So imagine life in a Vault-Tec Vault. Not just a future.
A brighter future... underground.

Patrolling the Mojave almost makes you wish for a nuclear winter.

Maybe he made another hole for it...

I'm thinking of doing that to my old Hamer for a killswitch when I get the money.

I don't like Tom Morello.

uh.
He somehow managed? It's not hard.
Step 1: Drill hole
Step 2: Put switch in hole
Step 3: Wire switch to output jack

Damn that was hard!

this should go in the gear building and customizing forum. and then in the ultimate killswitch thread. [insert generic searchbar joke here]

You should probably mug John Frusciante or Ritchie Blackmore. They're small guys, we could take 'em.

Just look out for that other guy in the Red Hot Chili Peppers, Will Farrel. He's a tall mofo, got a long reach.
