Keith Richards doesn't count...he's been dead like 18 times.

To add someone who hasn't been mentioned: Ian Anderson. On the one hand, his voice is kind of shot, and he can't hit the high notes (which were never even that high) well. On the other hand, his flute playing is fine, and he's still very energetic and immensely entertaining.

Chuck's shows have been pretty much careless since the 70s though for the most part. He could be great, he just doesn't care enough to make it happen.

Ringo Starr is definitely one of the best aging rockstars. Burton Cummings must be the worst. He's been hagard looking since the 70's.

Good call! Saw him last week and he looked and sounded excellent. I think the title track to Liverpool 8 is his best solo song he's ever done.

^^Brad Whitford and Steven Tyler, yes. Perry, Hamilton, and Joey Kramer don't look too bad. Don't forget Tom Hamilton was treated for cancer in '06.
How to achieve Frank Zappa's guitar tone:

Step 1: Buy a Gibson SG
Step 2: Insert Green Ringer, EQ, 3 dead squirrels and a microwave into said SG
Step 3: Plug in and freak the **** out.
